Most important features of the new picture gallery:- The possibility to upload your own photos/fan art/any graphic related to Slipknot
- Lightbox feature: add photos you like to your lightbox and download them all at once!
- Send an E-Card: send an e-card to your friends with ANY picture from the gallery
- RSS Feed: Subscribe to the RSS Feed with your favourite RSS reader to see which images have been added recently
- Comments: leave a comment on a picture, especially fun for the people who submitted fan art
How do I use the features mentioned above?1 - Upload your own photos/fan art/any graphic related to Slipknot
First
register an account than go to the category where you want to upload a picture to and click the "UPLOAD" button in the top right corner. A form should show up, fill in all the required field (thumbnail is not necessary) and press submit. Your picture is now awaiting approval and if appropiate it should show up within 24hours.
2 - Lightbox Feature
Again you need to
register an account in order to use this feature once you've registered an account and are logged in the "Lightbox" button will become clickable and will appear under every picture. If you click on the "Lightbox" button the image will be added to, what can be called, a favorites folder. If you click on "Lightbox" in your personal menu (left top) you'll be taken to your own Lightbox, all the images that you added to your Lightbox are displayed here and can now conveniantly be downloaded ALL at once using the "Download" button at the right top.
