I know what you mean. My dad thinks he knows everything when he's SOBER, when hes drunk its 10x worse. Granted he is an experienced elder, but he doesnt know fucking everything. He sits there and tries to tell me shit that I already know all the time, it drives me crazy.

I have an ESP Custom with EMG 85 and 89 with a Floyd rose.  On my last tour, the string tree popped off, and the cap screws are stripped.  I have to replace the entire bridge because it's just not holding intonation anymore, but that bitch wails.  She's candy apple red.  s3xiest part about my guitar is that it's a one piece body with a SICK maple neck.  That's my pride and joy right there, I call her Betty, but there's a lot of wear and tear on'er from extensive use, so I was thinking about getting another guitar.   Problem is, no other necks come close to being silky and stratty as my ESP's neck.  And the new 09 ESP's fucking feel like cardboard.  However, I was thinking about getting the LTD Jon Donais guitar, since it comes the closest to my custom in shape and tone.   But still, that satin finish feels like someone took a piece of construction paper and glued it to the body.


Oh yeah, I have an Ibanez I've been modifying over the years, that guitar's tone has become very silky after all the mods, I only have 3 mods left to do on that guitar, and it's complete.  But I won't even buy Ibanez anymore, their prestige line is fucking faulty.  If all falls through, this is going to be the next guitar I get:
